Two to three weeks is comfortable for a block party, and four to six weeks is safer for a private event in a busy season. A date is held only when the deposit clears, so call early if you have a fixed date in mind.
Usually yes, if there is a level space about nine meters long and the street allows mobile food service. Send a photo of the spot and tell us about hydrants, driveways and low wires, and the crew will confirm before the date.
Yes. The window takes card and cash. Cards are handled by the payment reader, and the crew never writes a full card number on a ticket. For catering, a deposit is usually paid by invoice before the event day.
